Sara Trophies is a leading Indian manufacturer and exporter of custom awards, trophies, and plaques, serving global clients across the US, UK, UAE etc. I led the end-to-end design and development of their website with the goal to modernize branding, achieve high conversions, and scale for international B2B orders.

OBJECTIVES

  • Achieve conversion rate for inquiries/quote requests (at least 30%)
  • Achieve good mobile performance and usability (target < 3s load time)
  • Showcase product range clearly (metal, wooden, fiber trophies) and support custom orders
  • Streamline UI/UX to reduce friction in the customer journey

APPROACH & SOLUTIONS

  • Research & Discovery – Conducted stakeholder interviews, competitor audit (5 major global awards suppliers). Identified top pain points: unclear product filtering, weak CTAs, slow mobile load.
  • Information Architecture & Wireframes – Organized categories (Metal, Wooden, Fibre), created low-fidelity prototypes, structured click depth to 2 levels.
  • UI Design & Branding – Improved visual clarity by early user testing (5 users).
  • Front-end & Back-end Development – Built responsive design + modular React components; optimized images (WebP), lazy loading, code splitting, achieved mobile Lighthouse score > 85.
